Ariana Garcia

Ariana Garcia is the Branch Chief of Critical Infrastructure Protection, SHIELD Program Manager, and Fusion Liaison Officer Coordinator for Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center (MCAC). Through the FLO Program and the Maryland Shield Network, Ariana engages in outreach with both public and private sector to connect stakeholders to local, state, and federal resources to support safer communities. Ariana is a Certified Master Trainer for the DHS National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Office’s Threat Evaluation and Reporting Course and is also a certified Police Instructor through the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission. She is also happy to serve as a co-chair for the North East Region of the TLO Program for NFCA.

Ariana received her Master of Arts degree in International Security from the University of Denver after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Iowa State University.
